Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
To deliver sales through account management to contribute to regional and national sales targets for the Merz Aesthetics portfolio.
To create and maintain professional relationships by providing access to an account manager, business resources, educational platforms, and supporting professional aspirations.
To promote the Merz Aesthetics portfolio effectively.
To identify and develop new customer relationships using internal and external resources such as Veeva, social media, and third-party data providers.
The Aesthetic Account Manager role involves both virtual and in-person customer contact.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
* Manage sales within the territory, serving as the principal contact, with the goal of achieving year-on-year growth.
* Promote the Merz Aesthetics UK Ltd product range to healthcare professionals to meet sales objectives.
* Build and sustain quality relationships with new and existing healthcare professionals.
* Develop business plans and employ account management strategies to realize sales quickly, collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
* Build and manage relationships with decision-making healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, KAM Teams, Marketing, and Regional Managers to optimize customer strategies.
* Influence clinic staff and gatekeepers to present opportunities to healthcare professionals.
* Share customer information with the team and generate new leads where appropriate.
* Maintain professional external partnerships and influence healthcare professionals and their networks.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
* Background in Life Sciences, nursing, or (para)medical fields, with sales experience preferred.
* Understanding of key account management and customer engagement strategies.
* Ability to utilize systems and resources to drive sales success.
* If not already ABPI qualified, candidates must complete the qualification within one year and pass within two years.
