About the Role
Through Teaching Personnel you’ll work in specialist schools, PRUs and inclusion units supporting pupils aged 5–16 with:
* Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
* Autism & ADHD
* Learning difficulties
* Behavioural and communication needs
* Trauma or attachment‑related barriers
You will:
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
* Use trauma‑informed and restorative approaches
* Help pupils with emotional regulation and classroom engagement
* Work alongside teachers, behaviour mentors and SEN specialists
* Contribute to supportive, structured and nurturing learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
