Applications are sought from Building Manager who have prior experience in: • Perform regular quality inspections/site walk arounds. • Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors. • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. • Maintaining all building compliance records, reporting changes/requirements. • Monitor building performance, proactively identifying maintenance or operational improvements. • Supervise contractors to ensure work is safe and to standard. • Drafting and updating emergency plans, and evacuation procedures. Requirements: • Held a similar position (FM/Building Management). • IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications desirable. • Presently living in the United Kingdom. • Please be aware sponsorship will not be available now or in the future.
