The role is an ongoing temporary position (possibility of temp to perm) Shift pattern 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off Maintenance Electrician Description Within the maintenance electrician role you will be carrying out all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across the site. The role will require a flexible approach as you will often be called to carryout or support works that are outside your core discipline. Duties & Responsibilities To undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks on Electrical plant, controls, lighting etc. plus over lap with critical plant To complete PPM’s in line with SLA and KPI agreements To complete H&S and compliance checks To undertake small works and repairs To update the CAFM system and log job status etc. To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines Skills & Background Required : Recognised professional qualification e.g. Electrical L3 with 18th edition Maintenance background in commercial sized buildings Must be presentable and reliab...
