We have offered years of excellent service to hundreds of loyal UK customers and provide a high-quality, friendly and informative service. The placement is to join our friendly team, where is a personal culture and close communication to the owners and other employees in our new and modern premises. We are looking for someone with a dedicated work ethic, a willingness to work hard and learn quickly.The position responsibilities will include:? ?Managing existing and new customers accounts, dealing with customers over the phone and building a relationship with them and learn the products they buy.? ?Handling orders - producing estimates, delivery notes and invoices? ?No cold calling, nodally sales targets.? ?Processing orders collecting and packing products, requires manual labour and lifting in the warehouse? ?The position is office and warehouse based? ?Learning technical information on products sold? ?Dealing with new enquiries, upsell and promote new productsRequirements? ?Able to work in a fast-paced environment, where telephone skills are vital.? ?Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email)? ?Relevant customer service and sales experience a minimum of 2 years? ?Able to work independently in a busy environment? ...
