We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior/Apprentice Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing, an aptitude for learning, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
● A strong interest in digital marketing, statistics and data with a particular focus
on paid media optimisation.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● A great eye for detail.
● Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta ads manager and google analytics.
Familiarity with google tag manager is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
● A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
● 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4+ (A-C) in any subject
● GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Key Responsibilities
● Support the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
● Assist in the creation and optimisation of paid media strategies to drive conversions.
● Leverage analytics and data to provide optimisations and insights across PPC accounts.
● Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated
marketing campaigns.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best
practices, incorporating new ideas into your work.
● Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and actively participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
Additional Details
● Salary starting at £19,000 per annum plus benefits.
● Hybrid Working. 1 day in the office, 4 days at home (Mon-Fri)
● 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
