For this Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across the business's accommodation, event and dining facilities. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to corporate, group and leisure markets.
Actively seek and secure new business through networking, industry events and targeted outreach.
Manage the full sales process, from the initial enquiry to negotiating contracts and finalising bookings.
Create customised proposals aligned to client needs, showcasing the venues offerings.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to keep your sales approach fresh and effective.
Represent the business at industry functions and client events, acting as a key brand ambassador.

Proven background in hotel sales, with experience across corporate and MICE markets.
Confident and articulate with a customer-focused approach.
Organised, results-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
Solid negotiation experience, with the ability to secure profitable business.
Effective time management and ability to meet targets.
Proficiency with CRM and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is required for travel to the property.
