We are a growing electrical business based in Sussex, specialising in solar PV, battery storage. With an expanding workload, we are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering calls, emails, and booking in jobs.
* Preparing and sending invoices, quotes, and certificates.
* Scheduling engineers and maintaining diaries.
* Assisting with tenders and project paperwork.
* General office administration (filing, ordering materials, record keeping).
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration (construction/electrical industry an advantage but not essential).
* Strong IT skills (MS Office, Xero/QuickBooks, or similar software).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
