Production Manager Location Chelmsford The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of end to end operational activities, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing production performance, coordinating resources, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full production process from order review through to final delivery. Assess workload requirements, production capacity, and operational priorities. Develop and manage production schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity. Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and external resources to support delivery targets. Lead, support, and develop Team Leaders and production personnel. Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer expectations. Resolve operational issues and minimise disruptions to production activities.
