Overview
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Premises Manager. We would be delighted to give you a tour of the School prior to applying for the post, where you will be able to see first-hand the high standards of cleaning and facilities and have a discussion with the current Premises Manager. This is a full year post and therefore offers the option of taking some holidays within term time.
Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Premises Manager you will contribute to the smooth running of the School.
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the school premises and facilities.
* Be prepared to undertake heavy lifting duties as required.
* Deputise in the absence of the Premises Manager with training where appropriate.

You should have
* have a full driving licence
* experience of undertaking manual tasks (e.g. basic joinery, plumbing, painting etc)
* have a flexible attitude to work
* have the ability to undertake heavy lifting duties
* have an awareness of health and safety issues
* be able to confidently deputise in the absence of the Premises Manager with training
