Hours
* Monday: 9am-5pm (8 hours)
* Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-3pm (6 hours each)
* Total: 20 hours per week
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small and busy criminal defence law firm based in Bromley. They are looking for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of their office.
Key Duties
* Answering calls and greeting clients
* Diary management and scheduling court dates
* Managing confidential client files
* Filing documents with the court
* General office administration and billing support
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience using LEAP software (mandatory)
* Previous secretarial or administrative experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Professional and client-focused approach
Desirable
* Previous experience in a law firm
