The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Every day will be different, but your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
* Encouraging independence and helping residents develop life skills.
* Planning and participating in fun activities, outings, and hobbies.
* Building trusting, positive relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
* Promoting dignity, choice, and respect in everything you do.
