Are you an experienced clinical leader ready to shape and elevate the quality of mental health care at a senior level? We’re looking for a forward-thinking and values-driven Associate Director of Clinical Services (Quality) to join our Senior Management Team and help lead our journey of clinical excellence and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement our Quality Improvement Plan across the site.
• Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (CQC, audit frameworks, safeguarding, etc.).
• Support preparation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Lead on governance processes, clinical standards, and quality assurance reporting.
• Support staff learning, development, and mentoring across the clinical workforce.
• Champion learning from incidents, complaints, and patient feedback.
• Act as the key point of contact for Divisional Quality and Nursing teams.
• Contribute to strategic forums such as Clinical Governance, Health & Safety, and Reducing Restrictive Practice.
What we’d like from you:
• NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered) - An RMN/RGN qualification is essential for this post.
• Experience in leading Quality Improvement projects
• Extensive clinical and management experience
• Ability to harness the commitment and potential of others
• Fine-tuned decision-making skills
• Excellent organisational capability
• Effective communication skills
• Motivated with a strong “can do” attitude
• A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice

Centrally located with easy access to Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Ashford and Maidstone, The Priory Hospital, Ticehurst House has 43 beds across 2 service lines: Acute Adult and Acute Private.
