What you will be doing...
* Provide essential administration and finance support across the park.
* Manage financial processes, including recording invoices, preparing accruals, and resolving supplier queries.
* Maintain Holiday Homeowner accounts, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with gas, electrical, and insurance documentation.
* Keep employee records and training files up to date.
* Assist with health & safety compliance, audits, and documentation.
* Support seasonal recruitment activities, from placing adverts to coordinating events and inductions.
* Generate reports and data to help drive operational improvements.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies.
About you...
* Experience in financial processes such as payroll, credit control, and purchase ledger.
* Strong IT skills, including Sage Payroll and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
* A positive ambassador for our company values, with integrity and reliability.
* Customer-focused mindset, ensuring the needs of guests and Holiday Homeowners come first.
