Our client is a leading UK wealth manager. They seek a Products & Propositions Manager to shape client-centric propositions from concept to launch, ensuring commercial value and compliance. The role spans end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration and continuous optimisation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end development of new propositions from concept and business case to launch and ongoing governance.
* Enhance existing propositions to meet evolving client needs and strengthen competitive advantage.
* Use data and analytics to evidence good client outcomes and underpin regulatory compliance.
* Partner with marketing and distribution to deliver clear proposition messaging and effective go-to-market plans.
* Manage third-party product provider relationships to support proposition development and delivery.
* Provide timely insights and analysis to stakeholders to inform decisions.
* Maintain robust governance, documentation and approvals across the proposition lifecycle.
* Monitor performance and iterate propositions using client feedback and management information.
