Join Our Team as a Performance Officer!

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Officer to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract basis in Hounslow. Location: Hounslow (Just a 12-minute walk from Hounslow East train station)
Contract Type: Temporary, £40,000 PA, Monday to Friday (1 day remote after successful probation)
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and report on KPIs through the management of Confirm Dashboards.
* Support the Business Manager in effectively managing departmental performance issues.
* Implement and maintain monitoring systems for performance targets.
* Assist in the development of performance strategies to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage non-compliance information and facilitate Paymech meetings.
* Compile and submit Monthly Monitoring Reports and Annual Service Reports.
* Communicate performance-related issues through presentations and reports.
* Coordinate the Internal Audit Plan and ensure timely audits.
* Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action plans.
* Compile Health and Safety statistics and exposure hours.
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* A commitment to fostering a positive team environment and supporting company values.
