Our Dicky Birds Nursery, located on Queens Road, Wimbledon, and part of Grandir UK, is currently seeking a Deputy Manager with a Level 3 or above in Early Years to join our team. You will be responsible for caring for, supporting, sharing stories, and engaging with children to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Nursery Manager with the effective daily management of the nursery.
* Providing rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children's age and development stages.
* Building open and positive relationships with staff.
* Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare.
* Identifying training needs, developing training plans, and evaluating staff training.
* Helping to achieve occupancy targets.
* Maintaining effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
* Ensuring complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and reported appropriately.
