Working Pattern: Tuesday–Saturday - Working hours are 10am to 5.30pm (Sunday and Mondays off)

We are seeking an experienced, target-driven Sales Consultant with a strong customer focus. You will ideally bring estate agency or housebuilding experience, alongside a commercial mindset and exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, guiding clients through every stage of their journey. Success in this role comes from balancing customer needs with business objectives, proactively managing your pipeline, and driving measurable results — all while contributing to a high-performing and agile team shaping the future of retirement living.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Negotiate competitive deals, maximise margins, and protect average sales prices while consistently meeting targets.
Deliver a Tailored Customer Journey: Provide personalised support, ensuring customers feel valued, informed, and confident throughout their decision-making process.
Maintain Exceptional Standards: Ensure presentation across all touchpoints reflects the quality of the development and brand.
Engage the Community: Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing homeowners, bringing the lifestyle offering to life.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations, from property readiness checks to lead management and reporting.
Ensure Compliance & Best Practice: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales processes, compliance standards, and industry requirements.
What We are Looking For
Proven success in a customer-focused, target-driven sales environment
Experience within estate agency, property, or housebuilding (desirable)
Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
A collaborative team player who thrives in a community-focused environment
