Summary: The Engineering Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our engineering clients across the UK promoting and driving a strong customer service culture across the W4H Depot Network The purpose of the Service Manager is to develop, manage and co-ordinate the engineering team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage quality levels, and ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service across all business functions. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, implement, and monitor the various system, policies and procedures and drive efficiencies where needed. Key Responsibilities Developing and managing the engineering teams across the UK Ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies Upkeep of quality in all maintenance of products Hitting KPIs that cover breakdowns and repairs Scheduling and workforce planning Health and Safety Auditing and monitoring quality of repairs What you can bring to the Company Strong understanding of engineering and towable welfare units desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Success in 3 months will include Good understanding of the Business SHEQ Commitments, regulatory requirements and compliance management Start to Demonstrate a level of autonomy in the role Built a strong service and breakdown allocation process in line with set KPIs Implement mechanical compliance at Gloucester & Nantwich and the Midlands 90% of breakdowns to be fixed on the first visit obtain full working knowledge of all the core assets and schedule maintenance requirements.
