As a Principal Highways Engineer within Ramboll’s Highways team, you will lead preliminary and detailed design stages for multiple highway projects. This role demands leadership and scheme design experience, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on budget.
Your new role as Principal Highways Engineer
* Collaborate with a diverse array of clients, including government agencies and contractors
* Engage with Ramboll's integrated technical teams and broaden your project experience

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the production and delivery of design, drawings, specifications, and reports
* Uphold health and safety standards, quality, and environmental policies
* Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers
About you
* Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably a Masters)
* Strong expertise in Autodesk Civils 3D and/or OpenRoads
* Sufficient knowledge of BIM procedures and Bentley ProjectWise system
Personal qualities include proven competence as an engineer, the ability to lead and mentor, and excellent communication skills.
