Position: Cluster Manager
Location: Aylesbury, Oxford, and Maidenhead
Job Type: Full-Time, 38.33 hours per week
Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Our Cluster Managers play a vital role in developing our funeral brands and high‑performing teams across multiple sites in the region. They help us to achieve our vision to be the most trusted, respected and valued end‑of‑life service provider in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple sites and teams to achieve business targets.
* Embed a positive, inclusive working environment that promotes collaboration.
* Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clients and families feel supported.
* Create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community.
* Coach and develop staff to deliver results in a changing environment.
* Manage costs and operate within regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Previous multi‑site management experience leading multiple brands to success.
* Experience in a customer‑centric role with high client service levels.
* Demonstrable leadership and management capability.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to implement successful business practices.
* International driving licence (UK Manual).
