Key Responsibilities
* Develop, optimise, and document laser‑based processes for precision manufacturing applications
* Plan and conduct experiments to evaluate laser‑material interactions

* Work to high standards of documentation and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Over 3 years of experience in a research and development environment
* Solid understanding of lasers and optics
* Knowledge of laser materials processing techniques (e.g. ablation, cutting, drilling, patterning)
* High level of quality and attention to detail in technical documentation
* Proven ability to innovate and improve process efficiency
* Strong team player with effective communication skills
