This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Cardiff office with hybrid working and occasional site visits. Your new role As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll take a strategic leadership role in the commercial delivery of complex, high-value water infrastructure projects. Working within their capital project delivery team, you will: Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects Manage commercial risk, procurement strategies and contract negotiations (NEC) Oversee cost planning, forecasting and reporting to ensure financial targets are achieved Collaborate with project managers, engineers and client teams to align scope, budget and delivery.
