Our UK head office is located near Guildford, Surrey, and our collections are stocked in department stores and fine lingerie boutiques nationwide including 30 branches of John Lewis.
Job Description (Role based in John Lewis Kingston)
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and adhere to store procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile for consumers and supporting store staff.
* Remain sales-focused to maximise every opportunity; monitor performance and adjust your approach to meet targets.
* Offer bra fittings and demonstrate expert knowledge of our styles and fit.
* Manage stock availability by collaborating with store staff to ensure products are on the floor and out-of-stock items are addressed.
* Act as a competitive team player with John Lewis partners, providing training and encouraging brand support.
* Work flexible retail hours.
* Operate proactively and independently while maintaining strong communication with the office and the sales teams.
* Attend the seasonal training day in our office.
Experience
* A passion for retail, fashion, and lingerie.
* Experience with a premium brand in a retail environment is preferred.
* Experience in lingerie bra fitting is preferred.
* Flexibility to work some Saturdays in line with retail hours.
