Ford Fuels is a family run fuel and lubricant distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.
An opportunity has arisen for the Full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Gloucester Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the role: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Fully office based
1st line telephone response
Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
Raise tickets for fuel orders
Process orders for Transport to deliver
Take payments over the phone
Direct calls to the relevant departments
Process group orders
Transfer tickets to other depots
Cover for raising repeat order tickets
Regular internal communication
Covering other duties as and when required
About you: Experience in a similar role
Inbound telephone experience
Customer service experience
Good administrative skills
Good communication skills
Highly organised
IT literate
Awareness of data protection principles
