Pay: £538.55 – £575.00 per week
Hours: Monday – Friday | Full-time / Part-time

About the Role
Milk Education is looking for a motivated and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years department in a primary school in Bishop Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity for both new and experienced TAs to support young children in their learning journey in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Teaching Assistant
1. Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including those with SEND
2. Assist teachers in delivering engaging Early Years activities and lessons
3. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Prepare resources and support classroom routines
5. Support behaviour management and pupil engagement
Essential Requirements
6. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent)
7. Experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting
8. Ability to support children with additional learning needs
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills
10. Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about helping young children learn
