Responsibilities
* Investigate and manage neonates and children with permanent sensorineural hearing loss through the neonatal hearing screening programme.
* Act as an active member of the Cleft Palate team.
* Contribute to the development of a tertiary‑level Paediatric ENT service, strengthening regional provision for complex and highly specialised care.
* Deliver undergraduate curriculum for ENT at the University of East Anglia (UEA) School of Medicine.
* Participate in 1 in 8 weekday on‑calls and 1 in 11 weekend on‑calls.
* Support development in Paediatric ENT, particularly complex Paediatric ENT.
Qualifications
* Full‑time (10PA) replacement post for a retiring consultant at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).
* Candidate must have undergone comprehensive ear, nose and throat training and have an interest in Paediatric Otolaryngology.
* A fellowship in Paediatric Otolaryngology is desirable but not essential; support for development in Paediatric ENT will be provided.
