As a valued member of our team, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
* Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
* Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met in a compassionate, respectful, and dignified manner.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, following health and safety guidelines.
Essential Requirements
* A caring, patient, and professional approach to home care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
* Previous experience in care or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
