Salary: £45,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (flexible working patterns)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor for our client’s reputable site. We have new opportunities for our clients site based in the Sunderland area. Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor role:
- Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.
- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex)
- Looking at the most cost-effective repair method
- Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues
- Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork
Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a bodyshop Estimator
- Ideally you will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation though this isn’t essential as we will consider candidates with time served experience
- Professional and confident character who is able to deliver a strong customer service
