Demand & Capacity Analyst
This is a flexible, hybrid role and can be based from either of our offices in Peterborough, Manchester, Chesterfield, Stoke or Sunderland. We also have largely remote options available.
Role Purpose:
As Demand & Capacity Analyst, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of Technology's planning and forecasting processes. You ensure demand, capacity, utilisation, and dependency information is accurate, timely, and ready for use across squads, shared services, and partners. You provide the insight and operational discipline that supports predictable and transparent planning, helping teams understand what work is coming, what capacity exists, and where risks may arise.
Working alongside the Principal Demand & Capacity Manager, you contribute analytical depth, coordinated information flow, and high-quality reporting that strengthens decision-making across Technology. The role partners closely with Delivery Managers, Change/PMO, Technology divisions, and partner teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and confidence in planning.
