What youll be doing
* Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce and OD priorities that align to Care Group objectives.
* Lead on complex employee relations matters (including medical workforce cases), ensuring fair, timely outcomes.
* Support large-scale organisational change, workforce redesign and service transformation.
* Shape and deliver proactive recruitment and retention strategies.
* Use workforce data and KPIs to influence decision-making and improve performance.
* Build strong relationships with staffside colleagues and external partners to promote best practice.
About you
* Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner in a large, unionised setting (NHS or comparable).
* Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent) with strong employment law knowledge.
* Skilled at leading change, with excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
* Analytical, commercial, and confident in making decisions on sensitive, complex issues.
