More About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague, known internally as a Placemaker, at Places Leisure. You'll work in a lively environment with like-minded people, inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. The role requires being highly organized and delivering excellent customer service while promoting a welcoming environment that creates a positive first impression for all members and visitors.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you are proactive and self-motivated, our ongoing training and development opportunities will support your success in this role and beyond.
This role offers a pathway to various career routes, including positions as a Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We provide ongoing training, including customer service and sales development, webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling opportunities such as lifeguarding and swimming teaching.
