What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Group Financial Controller
Producing accurate consolidated management accounts and Board packs ready for review
Delivering daily, weekly and monthly performance analysis with clear variance and root cause reporting
Owning group cash forecasting and delivering reliable forward visibility
Building and refining integrated financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Standardising reporting, strengthening controls and improving month-end efficiency
Overseeing audit processes, ledger reconciliations, credit control and payment approvals
What you’ll bring to the table as a Group Financial Controller
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with strong technical accounting knowledge
Previous financial control experience within a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multi-site finance teams, ideally with international exposure
Advanced Excel capability and experience developing financial models
Proven ability to maintain robust controls while meeting tight reporting deadlines
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
