Carry out a range of resident services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, and lettings viewings
Ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for residents, with all related streams completed within set timeframes
Respond to day-to-day inquiries from residents and escalate complaints as needed
Manage the Front of house team rota and be an ambassador for the events committee
Conduct property inspections and liaise with contractors, cleaners, and maintenance operatives to ensure high standards Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in effectively managing a successful team is desirable
Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve targets
