We are searching for the best talent for Data Integrity Analyst Co-Op to be in Malvern, PA.
* The typical Co-op term is from June to December, 2025
* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)
You will be responsible for:
The Data Integrity Analyst Co-Op works alongside Quality Control (QC) laboratory staff learning about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) associated with the Pharmaceutical Industry and has responsibility for assisting (or independently performing) various laboratory processes within the QC environment. All tasks performed as part of this position are completed in compliance with all applicable procedures, standards and GMP regulations.
This position may also contribute to improvement projects within the QC organization related to data integrity processes.
Key responsibilities include the following:
* Maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
* Conduct biochemical, microbiological, and/or general chemical testing of raw material/utility, in-process, or final product samples submitted to the QC laboratories
* Utilize electronic systems (LIMS, MES, LES, Empower, etc.) for execution and documentation of testing
* Participate on and make contributions to continuous improvement teams
* General housekeeping
* Sample and reference standard management
* Update QC documents using the Document Management System
* Maintain individual training completion in a compliant state
* Supply ordering/receipt
* Provide input to functional laboratory meetings
* Equipment troubleshooting
* Data analysis and metrics reporting
* Executing QC improvement projects
* Assist with qualification/validation activities
* Assist with laboratory investigations
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
* Pursuing a B.S. degree in scientific or engineering disciplines
* Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
* Basic knowledge of analytical technologies used in the QC laboratory
* Strong computer and technical writing skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, work instructions, test methods and protocols
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
* Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across a range of different functional groups
* May be required to work with chemical and biological substances
* Required to work on feet or seated for extended periods of time in a laboratory setting
* Requires sufficient vision to adequately perform visual inspections of materials (color, appearance, particles, etc.) and to document observations during laboratory testing
* Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds
* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program throughout the entire duration of the internship
* Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
