Competitive Base Salary £25,000-£35,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across Cheshire and the North West
2. Sourcing high-calibre finance professionals from entry-level to senior positions
3. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job registration to placement
4. Building your own client portfolio through business development activities
5. Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
6. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
7. Strong sales or recruitment experience (finance sector experience advantageous but not essential)
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Commercial acumen and business development capability
10. Resilience and determination to succeed
11. Target-driven mentality with a track record of achieving results
12. Graduate degree preferred but not essential
