Overview
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor. The ideal candidate needs experience on planned and cyclical maintenance and worked within social housing however this is not essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior surveyor, you will be required to manage a small team and be competent in taking on all aspects of planned maintenance. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services team.

* Ability to manage and complete high valued projects from start to finish
* Ability to prepare schedules and prioritise work loads
* Carrying out pre & post inspections to ensure works meet contract standards
