About The Role
Harrogate Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team. As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. You will ensure that every customer understands their obligations, doing so with integrity and fairness. Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide high levels of service.
About You
If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you. You should have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead and inspire colleagues, and drive finance and add-on performance. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
Candidates must have Business Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
