1. Expertise in LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts
2. The ability to draft wills, including the establishment of will trusts
3. Knowledge of inheritance tax (IHT) requirements and the capacity to advise clients on estate planning
4. Familiarity with conveyancing, particularly as it relates to probate matters, such as severance of joint tenancy and assents
