We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative with experience within a hydraulic, industrial, or engineering background to cover Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing a key account management concept for relevant customers and ensure that they are contacted regularly.
* Managing any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting with maintenance and further development of the sales and marketing plan to develop the customer base.
* Managing the region-wide lead generation process with mobile engineers.
* Planning and organise daily to ensure that all calls are correctly logged, and ready for a follow-up, and a weekly sales plan with priorities, goals, and achievements can be formulated.
* Building a pipeline of opportunities for new business, negotiate and close those sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
* Ensuring customer feedback is sought and captured on a timely basis.
* Provide technical support for our team of mobile engineers.
* May occasionally be required to provide on-site support for project work and/or training.

This remote role requires someone with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Your drive will come from a desire to achieve results and play your part in a wider team. You will need a proven track record in area sales along with strong references.
You will also have
* Proven experience working within a fast-paced sales environment.
* Experience working within an engineering, hydraulics, industrial or pneumatics sector is essential.
* Engineering or related technical qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
* Demonstrable outstanding customer service skills.
* Strong communications and negotiation skills.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident with IT including (MS Office, internet, email systems).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, being able to penetrate technical contexts, confidently recognise the problem and provide a solution.
