Senior National Account Manager – Grocery
North London – Hybrid
Up to £85,000 + benefits
We’re working with a premium snacking brand that’s experiencing strong momentum and is now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead its UK Grocery growth strategy — with direct ownership of the Tesco account and line management of a small team.
You’ll report directly into the Managing Director and operate as the commercial lead for the brand’s UK business — setting strategy, building annual plans, and driving execution across Grocery, Digital and OOH channels. Key Responsibilities :
* Full responsibility for the Tesco account – JBPs, forecasting, P&L, promo planning, and growth delivery
* Lead and coach a team of 2 National Account Managers and 1 Account Executive
* Build and deliver the brand’s Grocery growth strategy, working closely with the MD
* Own the Monthly Business Planning Process and performance reporting across accounts
* Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Tesco buying, supply chain, and category teams
