This role involves managing the onboarding of new Members, handling applications, updating account details, providing reports, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also support the wider Membership and Marketing teams.
Overview of Role:
You will lead the onboarding process, manage applications, process amendments, maintain records, and prepare reports. You will support the Membership and Marketing teams and work closely with Account Managers and the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth membership operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage onboarding, processing applications, and liaising with internal teams for a seamless transition.
* Prepare and distribute Share Certificates, maintaining compliance with policies.
* Keep detailed records of Members' guarantees for reporting and audits.
* Conduct credit reports for prospective Members with the Credit & Risk team.
* Send welcome emails and materials to new Members.
* Update Member information across systems.
* Coordinate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and credits.
* Manage membership renewal cycle and Member referral program.
* Handle account closures or transitions efficiently.
* Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making.
* Collaborate with IT to improve reporting tools.
* Review and improve workflows and processes.
* Support daily operations, including scheduling, CRM updates, and document prep.
* Serve as a point of contact for Member queries, providing excellent customer service.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
