As a Hospital Support Administrator at Guildford Hospital, you will support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks such as DBS checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also provide administrative support across various hospital departments, managing information professionally and promptly. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or HR administration experience, but this is not essential.
As a Hospital Support Administrator, you will:
* Provide efficient and effective administrative support.
* Assist with processing invoices and payments in line with financial procedures.
* Support data entry and record keeping accurately and timely.
* Assist with absence management recording and reporting via Workday.
* Organise meetings and provide confidential administration support.
* Handle queries within your role and escalate complex issues appropriately.
* Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of all information.
* Support recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
* Manage DBS checks and highlight issues to relevant teams.
* Assist with candidate queries via email or phone.
