We are seeking someone who will look to cover the London region
In this high‑profile role, you'll lead the delivery of our NHS Service Income targets across a defined regional footprint. You will shape market access strategies, grow service penetration, and deepen engagement with NHS leaders — making a measurable difference to both patient experiences and service performance.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, influence, and delivering results. You'll work cross‑functionally with clinical, operational, financial and mobilisation teams to ensure every service we deploy is impactful, efficient and valued.
What You'll Be Doing -
Deliver and exceed key commercial metrics including patient volume, service income, yield and NPS.
Build and execute annual regional sales and marketing plans to support growth and profitability.
Develop a strong NHS sales pipeline spanning trusts, ICBs, and wider stakeholders.
Own long-term trusted relationships with NHS partners, driving advocacy and uptake of services.
Meet with customers to launch new or enhanced services, elevating penetration and market share.
Work closely with clinical, finance and operational teams to shape new and existing service offerings.
Negotiate advantageous terms for new business, aligning with legal and commercial governance.
Lead insight-driven activity using data on cost savings, patient outcomes, and service excellence.
Partner with NHS Operations colleagues to deploy regional activity effectively.
Chair monthly performance reviews and create action plans for regional recovery where required.
What You Bring -
We're looking for a confident, influential leader with deep experience navigating NHS environments and delivering commercial success across complex service portfolios.
You'll also have:
Strong budget management and sales forecasting skills.
Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build exceptional relationships.
Proven experience in customer account management and issue resolution.
A track record managing clinical and logistical service portfolios.
Strong organisational and planning capability, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Business Management Qualifications Are Desirable But Not Essential.
