Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads across our multiple utility offering.
Role overview
Responsible for managing daily interactions with brokers, ensuring strong relationship management while driving sales growth through established partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop existing broker relationships to increase Everflow's revenue in-line with targets through telephone, online and face to face meetings
* Create relationships with new brokers and partners, presenting the earning opportunities by introducing Everflow products into their sales lines
* Understand broker potential within portfolio and forecast sales, presenting back to the Indirect Sales Manager and Sales Director
* Maintain a good awareness of developments in the industry to educate our partners and advise them on how best to capitalise upon new opportunities
* Maintain a good understanding of competitors offerings to maintain Everflow's position as the leading provider of innovative water, waste management and connectivity services
* Day to day account management of brokers within your team, developing relationships with the sales team
* Monitor broker activity via internal systems
* Deliver training for partners on Everflow products and services
The role is best suited to a candidate who possesses the following skills:
* Experience working in utility sectors is preferred.
* Experience in an account manager or business development manager role is preferred.
* Key skills include the ability to:
* Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Manage and create growth of portfolio of potential and existing brokers
* Influence external stakeholders
* Comprehensively report on area performance and impactors to internal stakeholders
* Efficiently arrange and manage brokerage meetings to promote portfolio growth
* Must hold a valid driving license and means of travel as regular road travel is required across the north of England
