Gold is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Notting Hills most vibrant neighbourhood restaurants, known for its contemporary Mediterranean-inspired menu cooked over fire, with a strong focus on seasonality and simplicity.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing and producing pastry items to a high standard.
Plating desserts in line with Golds style and specifications.
Producing sourdough and other baked goods for service.
Managing the pastry section with consistency and independence.
