Are you an experienced GP Receptionist looking for a new challenge?
Our client is a established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team!
Key Details:
* Monday to Friday position (no nights or weekends)
* Two shift patterns available (rota between the 2):
o 7:45 am to 12:45 pm
o 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
* Competitive hourly rate up to £12.75 per hour
* 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays!
* Please note there maybe 1 Saturday a year and 1 early or late a week (7:20am start or 7pm finish)
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a GP setting
* Proficiency in EMIS and Docman systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Main Duties:
* Rotate between reception and patient administration areas
* Support Team Leader in managing clinicians' workload
* Organise practice meetings and liaise with external agencies
* Manage bring forward and filing systems
* Participate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilities
* Actively contribute to improving practice quality
