Ackerman Pierce is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Public Sector, and we're looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Harlow in both our permanent and temporary recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
* Source and place top talent into temporary and permanent Public Sector roles.
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement.
* Proactively win new and develop business through market research, cold calling, networking and ongoing client engagement and management.
* Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in sales, telesales, or recruitment (Public Sector knowledge is a bonus!).
* A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships.
* Target-driven with a strong work ethic and resilience.
* Organised, motivated, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
