Scheduling & Shipping Senior Analyst at JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) – Salary £53,000-£60,000 – Location Wolverhampton EPMC – Posting dates 18/05/2026 to 01/06/2026.
In this role you will help coordinate production, shipping, and scheduling across international markets to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery of electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Lead coordination of production scheduling and international shipping plans to meet customer and business requirements.
* Manage and develop a team of analysts, supporting performance, development and day‑to‑day priorities.
* Create and maintain transport and shipping plans, ensuring stock levels and delivery targets are achieved.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to align demand, production and logistics strategies.
* Ensure accurate data and process adherence across systems such as SAP and Excel.
Qualifications
* Experience in international shipping, logistics or scheduling within a manufacturing or similar environment.
* Understanding of customs requirements and global shipping regulations.
* Confidence in using SAP, Excel and data analysis tools.
* Experience leading or supporting teams, with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement approaches.
