Job Description:

This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.

Job Purpose

Working in our busy Supply Chain team based in our Head Office in Amersham, you will be responsible for managing the flow of import and export documentation for all international shipments. You will collaborate with departments including buying, quality assurance, finance, and our international operations and merchandising teams.

You should be commercially aware, with previous experience in an import/export environment, and possess strong communication skills. Your ability to understand systems and processes quickly and to build effective working relationships will be key to delivering excellent service to our partners.

This is a maternity cover role.

Skills & Experience

* Minimum of one year’s experience in a relevant import operation.
* Understanding of import documentation requirements.
* Commercial awareness with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

* Producing necessary import documentation for all international shipments from our Distribution Centers.
* Organizing imports from the EU.
* Collaborating with internal teams to gather key information for smooth dispatch of goods.
* Liaising with Distribution Centers, shipping companies, and international partners to coordinate the collection of goods.
